Exciting News! International Granite & Stone has recently been featured on an episode of HGTV”s Beachfront Bargain Hunt: Renovation!
Izabella & Greg and their family live outside New York City with their two kids, aged 10 and 12. After many visits to Greg’s grandmother in St. Petersburg, Florida, Greg decided that St. Pete Beach would make for the perfect Beachfront Vacation/Rental Home.
With a spending and renovation budget locked in at $350,000, they set out to find the perfect 2BD/2BA Beachfront Condo. After finding the right condo, at the right price, Izabella’s contractors got straight to work.

While Greg watched the kids in NY, Izabella flew back down to Florida to make some design choices. Izabella found International Granite & Stone online and called us up for a countertop design consultation in our Clearwater Premier Cambria Gallery. With our Cambria Designer at hand, Izabella went over sample colors Oakmoor™, Ella™, Montgomery™, Langdon™, and Swanbridge™.
After careful consideration, and her white shaker cabinetry in mind, Izabella and Christina chose the Cambria Quartz color Swanbridge™ in 3 CM thickness for the Kitchen Countertops and the Bathroom Countertops.

Izabella and Greg chose to put Cambria Swanbridge™ in the Kitchen, Master Bath, Guest Bath, and on the window sills. They chose a flat polished edge on all the kitchen and bathroom countertops, as well as a standard 4” Swanbridge™ backsplash. They selected the PROHS U011 18 Gauge Stainless Steel Single Bowl Undermount Sink in the kitchen, as well as two PROHS P006 Porcelain White Rectangular sinks in the Master Bath, and one in the Guest Bath. The bathroom sinks were undercounted as well.
“Oh my God. Look at that countertop. It’s beautiful! The kitchen turned out excellent” Greg said, as he walked into the condo for the first after the countertops were installed. “They did an excellent job they look gorgeous”
“Originally we were looking to do a two-tiered countertop, but paying for the extra stone was just too much, so we went with just the one, plain huge countertop. I know she’s going to love it” Greg told HGTV
